We offer two differentiated shipping options for our global customers. You can choose one based on your needs (such as delivery time and budget) when placing an order. The specific fees and service features are as follows:
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of US$5.99 per order, with no weight or general category surcharges (except for special grocery items such as large storage cabinets and fragile ceramic sets, which are subject to an additional US$2-5 reinforcement/overweight fee as specified on the product details).
VIP Shipping: A flat fee of US$15.99 per order, covering most grocery categories (including some large and fragile items, which do not require additional reinforcement/overweight fees. Please contact customer service for details). Free shipping conditions: If the actual payment amount of all items in the same order (after deducting coupons and discounts) is over US$39.99, the shipping fee of the order will be automatically waived (no shipping fee is required regardless of whether standard shipping or VIP shipping is selected).
