Welcome to the online grocery shopping service provided by trackvar.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms constitute the core agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Platform regarding product transactions and service usage, covering the entire process, including order management, payment rules, logistics, and after-sales service. Please carefully read and fully understand these Terms before registering an account, browsing products, or submitting an order. Your use of the Platform's services constitutes your agreement to all of these Terms.

Order Generation and Validity:
After a User selects a product on the Platform, confirms the delivery address and payment method, and submits an order, the system generates an order number, which represents the User's purchase offer. The Platform will review the order within 30 minutes (including product availability, delivery address validity, and payment channel status). Once the review is passed and the User completes payment, the order becomes effective (i.e., a sales contract is established between the two parties). If the review reveals that the product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or the delivery address is out of the delivery range, the Platform will notify the User via SMS or email within one hour. The payment will be refunded within one to two business days, and the order will be automatically canceled. This platform is obligated to ensure that product information is accurate and truthful. Product details will clearly indicate the product's material, dimensions, weight, instructions, and any special stipulations regarding "no after-sales support." Exaggerated advertising is prohibited. Encryption technology and account security verification measures are implemented to protect user account information and payment security, preventing information leakage or theft. The handling of user personal information complies with the trackvar.com Privacy Policy and will not illegally collect, use, or disclose user information to third parties (except as required by laws and regulations or with user consent).

This platform may modify these Terms in accordance with national legal and regulatory updates, business adjustments, or technological upgrades. Modified Terms will be posted in the "Terms of Service" section of the platform homepage for at least seven days, and notification will be sent to the user's registered email address. Continued use of the service after the expiration of the notice period will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms. If a user disagrees, they may cease use of the service and request account cancellation. If a user violates these terms (such as malicious fraudulent orders, misusing other people's accounts, or providing false information), the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account, freeze any outstanding balances (if any), and pursue appropriate legal action.

If the platform terminates due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or policy adjustments), a notice will be posted on the homepage 30 days in advance, and users will be provided with refunds and reissues for unfulfilled orders to ensure their legitimate rights and interests are not harmed.

The "Shopping Guide," "After-Sales Service Guide," "Privacy Policy," and other rules published by the platform are supplementary to these terms and have the same legal effect as these terms.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
